“Everything bagels looks almost similar to a plain bagel. Barely any seeds. I asked for it toasted with butter. It’s barely toasted more like warmed up in the microwave and it has a tiny amount of butter. I have to go back home, retoast it and apply more butter”

I used to love the old bagel place before they rebranded to Rahway Bagels. Those bagels were truly great and soft and well priced. These bagels are below average but highly overpriced.

However, today's visit was the worst. When placing my order in person I was rushed for every option. Sorry lady, I don't order bagels normally so I need maybe 5 seconds to think about it. She didn't even ask if I wanted the bagel toasted or not on the 3rd bagel, just went to the next customer. I was too stunned to even correct the order. After waiting 1/2 hour and later people getting their orders, I asked where my order was. Turns out they didn't even put it in! All they said was "we will start the order", no sorry or solution to make things right. I just decided to leave. This business does not deserve your money.

TLDR: Bagels are mediocre, overpriced, Rahway bomb bagel is overrated, and customer service needs working on.”

“Every single time I order a bagel with cream cheese there is a very strong flavor of onion. I’m not sure if they are using the same cream cheese knife or cutting every bagel with the same knife but I do not want to taste onion when eating a sweet bagel. I don’t want to taste it at ALL, I’m allergic and have requested many times they use a clean knife but somehow there’s always other things on my bagel like seeds, onions, avocado, and even sometimes egg. Even if I wasn’t allergic no one wants to taste different things that don’t belong. It’s also extremely overpriced and the front ladies tend to prioritize the door dashers shoving their phones in their faces.”

I've been meaning to leave a review for some time. Today I wanted breakfast nothing crazy just good & fulfilling and They came to mind!. I am completely satisfied ❤️ oh I had turkey bacon, cheeses and hash brown on a plain bagel for the win. 😋”

“This is one busy place. The bagels are just right and bkfst menu has great variety. Service is key , they have a spotty system for getting customers orders but it's chaotic. You have many people ordering,waiting inside limited space. Call in orders get to pick up. Our order got mixed up but it happens. Business is run by all women. Which is great, just need to get a better system of handling orders.
Food is 5 stars ! They dont have a sit down area.”

“Fresh, fluffy, dense bagels! They are hand rolled as well and have a variety of bagels from savory to sweet. These taste like NYC bagels and I would definitely be coming back again!

The people there were very kind and helpful.
